Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Canadian Shipping
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.
- Standard Shipping: $29.99 CAD flat rate
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $800 CAD
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
United States Shipping
We do not ship to the United States.
International Shipping
We do not do international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
Alberta Led Lights is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
